Soak in hot water for 5 minutes till soft and pliable, drain, then pat dry.
- 4-5 oz package of dried mango
- 1- 1/4c walnuts
- pliable mango
- 12 dates
- previously ground walnuts
- 1 T ground flax seed meal
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1/3 c coconut flakes
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
Roll balls in
- about 1/2 c or so of coconut flakes
